Where the market is priced
Median asking price and price per square metre, by district. Baku advertises apartments either renovated (təmirli) or as core and shell (təmirsiz) — different products at different prices, so they are shown separately rather than blended into one median that matches neither. Districts with fewer than 300 listings are omitted; below that a median describes the sample, not the market.
