This does not mean every departure was a completed transaction — listings can be removed for any number of reasons — but the rate indicates that the large majority of asking listings cycle off within roughly six months. At the other end of the distribution, 6,951 listings were observed for 90 days or more without leaving the portal. Because the source publishes no listing date, the observation period is a floor: a listing may have been active before Doma first recorded it. Prices referenced throughout are asking prices, not transaction prices. Time on market is measured from Doma's first observation — the source publishes no listing date.
